My Son has overcome huge challenges this year and this is down to the highly skilled professionals at InspirED
My child has gone from non-verbal to much more sociable, she also looks forward to going to education everyday which is a far cry from a year ago
I can’t believe the change is my sons attitude on education, InspirED has been instrumental in getting him out of the house and engaging in educational activities that he wouldn’t even entertain before. I am incredibly grateful for the education, emotional support and life skills he is gaining
InspirED has been phenomenal (consistently) and in a short time, have made a huge impact in the lives of children and young people with SEND, reengaging them positively into formal learning whilst successfully supporting them to achieve in line with their aspirations.
I am so glad that we found Phil and this Provision. He has already gone above and beyond for our Y10 student who attends Inspired PD and has managed to form a positive relationship within a few weeks. I am very thankful for Phil's approach to coming into the Academy to help our student connect the dots between skills explored at Inspired PD that can be transferrable to school. I look forward to building more of a relationship with this provision next year.

''Seeing beyond their words and behaviour, and interpreting to find out what they are really thinking and feeling, is a skill rarely found in professionals involved in working with young people being educated via an EOTAS plan. InspirEd has used their expertise to understand my child without needing me as an interpreter. They just got it; no judgement or questioning, for example if there were other reasons why my child was difficult to motivate, without seeing everything as a demand to be avoided.
InspirEd are trusted, by me and my child, to guide us gently but confidently towards goals that didn’t seem possible when there was no choice but to come out of school. Able to deal challenges such as refusal to come out of bedroom, having attention span of a toddler, and seeing everything as a demand; this is because of their experience and a true desire to help my child be the best they can be.
Record keeping is first class. Communication is exactly what is needed; I feel I know what is going on and what the plan is.
My child is now thinking about how learning links to their future success. So different from a child who had to be dominated by alpha males and physically exhausted in order to behave''.
