PDAM
The Personal Development Assessment Model (PDAM) is a framework designed to assess and support students' personal, emotional, and social growth rather than focusing solely on academics. It helps identify areas for improvement and sets tailored targets aligned with individual needs, including those outlined in SEND documentation.
The PDAM promotes personal growth, helping students develop life skills, emotional regulation, and social competency to thrive both in education and the wider community.

We recently got awarded with Attachment and Trauma Sensitive Schools Award (ATSSA) - Bronze award
