Meet the KEY STAFF

Philip Parker - Director/DDSL

Alice Wilson-Raymont - Family Liaison Worker

Alice Wilson-Raymont - Family Liaison Worker

I have dedicated my career to working with disadvantaged students and my passion centers around improving the life chances of the students in my care. I have taught a wide range of subjects across a number of different settings, worked overseas across 3 continents and just completed my first headship. I am very excited to launch InspirED and embark on the next adventure in my career and continue to work with students who need a little more from adults in their world. I hope InspirED will be able to work with schools and authorities to ensure we allow students to embark on a journey of success and achievement that caters for the individual.

I am a level 3 social worker with 15 years experience working with some of the most vulnerable members of our society and communities. Although I have experienced a wide range of areas within my profession, working with young people and families who need extra support has always given me the greatest satisfaction. I am excited to be playing a part in InspirED and can't wait to get started in supporting the young people but just as importantly, supporting the home. The school and family relationship is integral in ensuring our students can engage with our journey and see the impact we hope to achieve.

I’m Lizzy, the Designated Safeguarding Lead at InspirED PD, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that all our students feel safe, supported, and valued. My role involves working closely with staff, families, and external services to address safeguarding concerns and ensure that every student receives the right help at the right time.

I’m truly passionate about building trust, promoting well-being, and creating a positive, nurturing environment where every young person can thrive. Working with students who face challenges is something I deeply care about, and I find great fulfillment in supporting them through their journey. I am committed to continuously learning and growing in my role to better serve the young people in my care and help them reach their full potential.

I have worked with young people in a variety of educational settings from primary age through to university students for over two decades.

My aim is to always encourage them to develop their resilience and be confident members of society and their communities. Having conducted a variety of research during my MA in Education at Durham University, I have gained a range of experience in how to support and nurture young people, to allow them to reach their full potential.

As a Duke of Edinburgh leader for many years, I am excited to lead the program at InspirED and allow students to embark on a journey of appropriate challenge that pushes them out of their comfort zone.

Having personally experienced the challenges that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs face both at home and in educational settings, I made the decision to retrain to better support other children and their families undergoing similar struggles. My passion lies in cultivating genuine, supportive relationships where students feel safe and empowered, enabling them to build confidence and discover their full potential. It is a privilege to work in a setting where the welfare of the students is the core focus of everything we do.

Hi, I’m Leti! I take care of the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep things running smoothly, making life easier for both staff and students. As one of the first points of contact for parents, referral schools, and external agencies, I help ensure strong communication between InspirED and those we work with.

Beyond my administrative role, I also bring a touch of Italian culture to daily life! As a qualified Italian teacher, I’m always happy to support any students interested in learning the language. InspirED’s mission is something I care deeply about—having left my home country as a teenager and learning to navigate adulthood independently, I understand the importance of guiding young people toward independence. My hope is that every student walks into the world with confidence, resilience, and the belief that they can overcome any challenge life throws their way.

Hi, I'm Faye and I am the Alternative Provision Lead for InspirED PD.

I have worked across different types of SEND settings across all ages. My passion is to help children and young people grow in confidence, self belief and understand their emotions resulting in positive outcomes. My experience within SEMH (social emotional and mental health) and SBA (school based avoidance) has helped tailor our specialist AP and I am committed to continue with my own CPD to help our students and their families.

I am a Mindfulness NOW tutor and have a L3 in Child Psychology which is embedded within our Nurture and Step Out placements.

My main aim is to work closely with school, student and parents/carers for the best possible outcomes.
